Victor Canera strives for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. With this goal in mind, we offer a twenty one day full refund and return privileges on all In House & In Stock Victor Canera Diamonds or Jewelry.

In House & In Stock Diamonds or Jewelry come accompanied with a 21 day no questions asked, full refund and return privilege.
If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please Contact us or call (888) 860-6430 M-F 9am 5pm PST within this 21 day period to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Terms and Conditions
The 21 day satisfaction period begins from the original invoice date of an item and applies exclusively to in house and in stock jewelry or diamonds. Clients purchasing an in-house loose diamond with a custom jewel may use this 21 day full refund period to inspect their diamond by allowing us to ship the diamond for inspection OR may choose to allot this period for the manufacturing of their custom jewelry. The refund period begins at the point of purchase (invoicing) of an in-house loose diamond and not the date of receipt of a custom design order.
Custom Made or Special Ordered jewelry are created especially for and based on the requirements of our customers and may not be returned or exchanged.
Diamonds that are not part of our catalog, known as "virtual diamonds" which are sourced through our DiamondSource Service are final sale items. Upon approval of a diamond by a client and invoicing, we are unable to offer return or refund privileges.
A Jewel that has been modified such as sized, engraved or otherwise altered may not be returned.
Items will be thoroughly inspected upon return and must be in their original pristine condition. Items returned damaged, scratched, chipped or in obviously used condition will not be accepted.
Upon confirmation and inspection of your returned item, a refund check will be issued within 7 business days.
Credit Card refunds will have a 3% merchant surcharge deducted from their refund.
All original paperwork such as laboratory certificates that accompanied the sale must be returned. A $200 service charge will be applied for laboratory reports that are not returned to cover their replacement cost.
